Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2-3 tbsp Coconut Flour
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter with pumpkin puree and mix well.
- Add coconut flour and pumpkin pie spice and mix until fully incorporated and a thick batter remains. If the batter is too thin, add a little extra coconut flour.
- Line a large plate with parchment paper. Using your hands, form 18 small balls and place in the plate. Refrigerate until firm.
- Maple Syrup can be added for extra sweetness.
- Keep these balls refrigerated till ready to eat or freeze.
